IN ITI RATANGARH (CHURU)
Govt Shri Sanchiya
lal Baid Industrial Training Institute, Ratangarh has been established with an
objective of ensuring a steady flow of skilled boys and girls to reduce
unemployment amongst the educated boys and girls by equipping them with
required discipline, education and skill for suitable industrial employment as
well as self-employment. Also enable them to identify and enhance their
multifaceted talents with firm and focused mind with an eye to equip themselves
to face future challenges of global competitions.
It has been set-up under the Craftsman Training Scheme affiliated to National
Council for Vocational Training (NCVT), through the Directorate General of
Employment and Training (DGE&T), Govt. of India under the ministry of
Labour, New Delhi.
It has been established on August 6,
1963 with the cooperation of Sanchiya lal Baid Trust in Tapria Dharmshala
Ratangarh. On dated 26-1-1975 with the help of Trust, Government of Rajasthan
shifted the institute in a new building situated on National Megahighway,
Sardarshahar Road Ratangarh. The foundation stone of building was kept by Shri
Mohan Lal Sukhadia The CM of Government
of Rajasthan on dated 8-11-1967.
The Campus is spread over an area of 35 Bighas 12 biswa out of which the
constructed area is 5213.69 sq.meters
with basic amenities. The span area with wide greenery provides a wonderful
sight to whoever visits the institute. The Vastness of the Campus indicates the
possibilities of running other courses apart from existing vocational trades
It is situated at National Megahighway, Sardarshahar Road Ratangarh. and at a
distance of 4 Km. from Ratangarh Railway Station. The location is well equipped
with adequate infrastructure and is conductive of providing a better ambience
to the project. The site is well connected with public transport facilities as
it is on the way of Ratangarh west Railway Station & Industrial Area.
It is one of the Best prestigious Institute in Bikaner Zone for its own identity of discipline, top
results and devotion to the training of all faculties.
