Women Trainees are taking keen interest in Technical training to enhance their technical skills. Ajmer region is the hub of education of Rajasthan .There are ample of educational institutes both in govt. and in private sector and various type of small & large scale industries are their in this region . Directorates of Tech. Education Rajasthan, Jodhpur opened Women Industrial Training Institute in Ajmer in 1989. Initially three trades t i. e. Electronics Mech. , Cutting & Sewing and Mech. Radio& T.V. were started and affiliated with NCVT New Delhi. In March 2008 this Institute was taken under the scheme of “Up-gradation of 1396 ITI’s under PPP Mode” . Under above scheme interest free loan of Rs. 2.5 crore was sanctioned by DGE&T New Delhi. Under above scheme new trades 1.Copa, 2. IT& ESM, 3.Fashion Technology, 4. Hair & skin care, 5. Interior Decoration& Design are proposed to be started from July 2014.

:Soft Skills::- Softskills, as opposed to hard skills (such as technical skills), focuses on those elements of training that require changes in behavior and thinking.
